1. Shipment Processing Time

All sweets, snacks, and special foods require 1 day preparation time to ensure freshness.

• Domestic (India): Orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.
• International: Shipments are delivered within 4-8 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

3. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Sri Mahalakshmi Sweets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Damages

Sri Mahalakshmi Sweets insures every shipment. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. International Shipping

We ship our authentic Guntur delicacies worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
