Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 hours of placing it without giving any reason, provided the product has not been shipped.

Cancellation Penalty: A fee of 3% on the total transaction value will be deducted to cover payment gateway charges.

2. Refund Process

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We agree to the refund (e.g., successful cancellation or receipt of damaged goods proof). We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
