Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sri Mahalakshmi Sweets. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

1. Conditions for Returns

Food Products: As we deal with perishable food products (sweets, savouries, pickles), no returns are accepted under any circumstances for these items due to health and hygiene reasons.

For non-food items (if any), goods must be purchased in the last 7 days and be in original packaging to be eligible for return.

2. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We require photographic evidence within 24 hours of receiving the package.

3. Returning Goods

For eligible returns (damaged/wrong items), you should send the Goods to the following address:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
